1、過濾時間短，過濾板框以及廂式壓濾機需要較長的過濾時間和過高的過濾壓力才能達到較低的濾餅殘余濕度， 隔膜濾板系統只需要很低的過濾壓力就可以填滿腔室。 

2、殘余濕度低，過濾過程中所需要的高壓過濾被高彈性膜片對濾餅擠壓過程代替，在很短的時間內顯著降低濾餅殘余濕度，縮短整個過濾時間，提高過濾能力。 

3、膜片可更換，膜片可在壓濾機內或壓濾機外方便的更換，不需要更換整片濾板，只需要更換單片膜片。 

4、膜片彈性高，膜片由于彈性好，對于在過濾時形成的不均勻濾餅表面和不同堆積密度的濾餅，膜片能自身調節而不會產生變形，濾餅均勻，密度一致。

5、膜片材質選擇，例如三元乙丙橡膠 EPDM,丁腈橡膠NBR，丁苯橡膠SBR，氟橡膠VITON，在膜片關鍵的受彎曲范圍內采用特別的結構，以保證膜片*長的使用壽命。

6、橡膠膜片可定制，我公司也可根據貴公司需求定制橡膠膜片，或替代其他進口壓濾機橡膠膜片。

1. The filtration time is short, the filter plate frame and the box type filter press need a long filtering time and a high filtering pressure to reach a low residual humidity of filter cake. The diaphragm filter plate system only needs a very low filtering pressure to fill the chamber.

2. The high pressure filtration is replaced by the extrusion process of filter cake by high elastic membrane, which can significantly reduce the residual humidity of filter cake, shorten the whole filtration time and improve the filtration capacity.

3. The diaphragm can be replaced, and the diaphragm can be easily replaced inside or outside the filter press. It is not necessary to replace the whole filter plate, but only a single diaphragm.

4. The membrane has high elasticity. Due to its good elasticity, the membrane can adjust itself without permanent deformation for the uneven surface of filter cake formed during filtration and filter cake with different packing density. The filter cake is uniform and dense.

5. Diaphragm material selection, such as EPDM, j-nitrile rubber, NBR, SBR, Viton, adopts special structure in the critical bending range of diaphragm to ensure the longest service life of diaphragm.

6. The rubber diaphragm can be customized. Our company can also customize the rubber diaphragm according to your company's demand, or replace the rubber diaphragm of other imported filter press.
